ZEUS: Zero Emissions Urban Solutions

Ansaldo Sistemi Industriali's environmental commitment

At the beginning of 2009 Ansaldo Sistemi Industriali launched Zero Emissions Urban Solutions (ZEUS), a project that combines all of our know-how and products under a single umbrella, highlighting the company's commitment to the environment and illustrating how our products can and are making a concrete contribution to reduce emissions of CO₂. The four pillars of the project are:

1. Reduce energy consumption through energy efficiency
2. Incorporate renewable energy wherever feasible
3. Facilitate the use of electric urban transportation solutions
4. Promote a change in consumer behaviour. Electricity is not an infinite resource and we must all learn to use less.
