Dedicated project support: a commitment to customers

On-time delivery isn't just a key aspect of fulfilling our contractual obligations, it is an important part of our Commitment to our Customers and their goals. We pride ourselves on offering our Customers a single point of contact. A dedicated project manager is assigned to each contract to ensure constant and full support for the duration of the project.
Using state-of-the-art Project Management and Engineering tools, we work closely with our Customers, doing our best to solve problems before they occur.
On large revamping and upgrade projects we work closely with our Customers to plan activities to coincide with regularly scheduled down-time to minimize impact on productivity.
